Goat's cheese

Palet du Vernet is a raw-milk goat's milk cheese. It is a lactic cheese with a natural rind. It has a smooth, white paste. It has a light, melt-in-the-mouth taste, with milky aromas and a discreet hazelnut flavor.

Recipe idea

Camembert fondue

  • x 1 camembert made from raw goat's milk
  • Pepper
  1. Preheat oven to 180°C. 
  2. Remove cheese wrapping and place in aluminum foil. Season with pepper. 
  3. Place in the oven for about 15 minutes. 
  4. Serve warm with toast or potatoes, cold cuts and salad.
